FiraReus welcomes RescueDays, seminars for the generalitat firemen

Reus. Costa Dorada. 4 and 5 November 2011 will be held at the Rescue FiraReus Days, a conference on rescue techniques in traffic accidents than 135 firefighters gather in Catalonia and the rest of Spain and Portugal which will be announced and will be in practice the latest techniques and technological developments applied to road accident rescue. According to the Information and Communication of Fire Government, the workshops are included as part of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the park and Reus are also organized by the company Weber Hydraulik as provider of all specialized rescue equipment. The its impact is international and will feature 135 firefighters, 67 of which are Generalitat, Barcelona City Council, 12, 54 come from municipalities and other regions of Spain, Portugal and 2.

The Rescue Days begin on November 4 at 8 pm, with presentation and a first theoretical part. Later, from 11.45 begin workshops and practices that will last for the rest of the day. The 5th years will continue until 4.45pm. During the course of the conference, all participants will go to new different workshops, and put into practice the knowledge learned in different environments such as high difficulty settings with people trapped, rescue and cutting cabins HGVs, new techniques and rescue vehicles last generation.

The closing of the conference will be the 5th of November, and will be participation Gassió George, Managing Director of Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue, Carlos Pellicer, Mayor of Reus, the, head of the Region Emergency Tarragona, Javier Llorens, chief of the fire station of Reus Antritter and Reiner, Weber Hydraulik, among others.
